I have lived in this community since 2000, when my husband, Dr. Victor Salas, and I moved to Manchester from Cedar Rapids. Throughout the past 11 years, I have grown to love this area and all it has to offer, and I can't think of a better place to raise our 2 sons, Matthew  and Andrew.
